Baked Cinnamon Granola

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup nuts (almonds/walnuts)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon flakes
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix oats, nuts, cinnamon flakes, and salt.
  3. Combine honey, oil, and vanilla. Pour over oat mixture and toss to coat.
  4. Spread on a baking sheet in a thin layer.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway.
  6. Cool and store in an airtight container.
