Baked Cinnamon Granola
Ingredients:
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup nuts (almonds/walnuts)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp cinnamon flakes
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F).
- In a bowl, mix oats, nuts, cinnamon flakes, and salt.
- Combine honey, oil, and vanilla. Pour over oat mixture and toss to coat.
- Spread on a baking sheet in a thin layer.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Cool and store in an airtight container.
