Cinnamon Banana Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix milk, egg, mashed banana, and vanilla.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients just until blended.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan, grease lightly, and pour batter to form pancakes.
  5. Cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden.
  6. Serve warm with honey or maple syrup.
