Cinnamon Banana Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Butter or oil for cooking
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix milk, egg, mashed banana, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients just until blended.
- Heat a non-stick pan, grease lightly, and pour batter to form pancakes.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden.
- Serve warm with honey or maple syrup.
