Cinnamon Flake Spiced Rice Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup short-grain rice
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon flakes

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, combine rice, milk, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 30–35 minutes.
  3. Stir in raisins, cinnamon flakes, and vanilla.
  4. Simmer for 5 more minutes until thick and creamy.
  5. Serve warm or chilled with extra cinnamon flakes on top.
