Cinnamon-Spiced Apple Crumble

Ingredients:

  • 5 medium apples (peeled and sliced)
  • 2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter (cold and diced)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Toss sliced apples with cinnamon, sugar, and lemon juice. Spread into a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, combine oats, flour, butter, and remaining sugar. Mix until crumbly.
  4. Sprinkle topping evenly over the apples.
  5. Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  6. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
