Flavahs Inc. Return Policy

At Flavahs Inc., we want you to love our Ceylon Alba Cinnamon as much as we do. If something’s not right, we’ve got you covered with this straightforward return policy.

1. Easy Returns Within 30 Days

Not satisfied? Return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging—our cinnamon’s too good to waste!

2. How to Return

  • Step 1: Email us at care@flavahsinc.com with your order number and a quick note about why you’re sending it back.
  • Step 2: We’ll send you a return label (if eligible—see below).
  • Step 3: Pack it up securely and ship it back within 7 days of getting the label.
  • Step 4: Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation if possible.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs aren’t refundable, and if the return isn’t our mistake, you’ll cover the return shipping too.

Note: Bank processing times may add 2-5 additional business days before the refund appears in your account.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

Got a cracked jar or damaged box? Let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll  replace it free of charge—shipping included. Snap a photo and email it to us so we can fix it fast.

For packages damaged during shipping, we may request photos of both the damaged product and packaging to help us file claims with our shipping partners.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality, we can’t take back:

  • Opened or used cinnamon products.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Items marked as “final sale” or purchased at a special discount (over xx% off).
  • Items missing original packaging, labels, or UPC codes.

6. Exchanges

Want a different size or product? We’ll swap it if it’s unopened and available. Just follow the return steps and let us know what you’d like instead.

If your preferred exchange item costs more than your original purchase, we’ll send instructions for paying the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.

7. International Returns

We accept international returns within 45 days of delivery to accommodate longer shipping times. International customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process
  • Ensuring the package can be tracked

8. Holiday Extension

For purchases made between November 1 and December 31, the return period is extended until January 31 of the following year to accommodate holiday gifting.

9. Lost Shipments

If your order doesn’t arrive, contact us within 30 days of your purchase. We’ll track it down or send a replacement if it’s truly lost.

For best results, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • The shipping address
  • Date of purchase
  • List of items ordered

10. Return Quality Inspection

All returns undergo a quality inspection upon receipt. Returns that fail inspection (due to damage, use, or tampering) may be returned to you and/or subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

11. Restocking Fees

No restocking fees apply except in these situations:

  • Returns without prior authorization: 15% fee
  • Items returned in damaged condition (not due to shipping): 20% fee
  • Returns after the 30-day window but within 45 days: 10% fee

12. Warranty Information

Our premium cinnamon containers come with a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

Contact care@flavahsinc.com with photos if your container:

  • Has defective seals
  • Features a faulty lid or mechanism
  • Shows quality issues unrelated to shipping damage
