Returns & Refunds
- Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team at orders@flavahs.com with your order number and reason for return. (If any bottle is open or partly used, we will not be able to authorize a return)
- Step 2: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to ship the product.
- Step 3: Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
