Why Alba Cinnamon Works Best in This Smoothie

Smoothies are all about balance. You want every flavour to shine without one overpowering the others. This is where Alba cinnamon makes all the difference.

Cassia cinnamon often brings a sharp bite that can dominate the softer ingredients in a smoothie. In contrast, Alba is naturally smooth and floral. Its sweetness lifts the banana and vanilla without drowning them out, giving the blend a gentle spice that feels clean and comforting.

Because this recipe isn’t cooked or heated, the cinnamon you use has nowhere to hide. With Alba, what you taste is purity. There’s no bitterness, no harshness, just a rounded, aromatic warmth that makes the whole drink taste more thoughtful.

In something this simple, the quality of each ingredient matters. Alba cinnamon makes sure this smoothie isn’t just good, it’s beautifully complete.
